Counsel for the State has submitted that the arear bills need to be scrutinized.

In that view of the matter, this Court directs the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Paschim Medinipur, being respondent no.3, to verify and scrutinize the salary bills prepared by the Bhuta D.A.V. High School in consultation with the latter, and take a decision on release of the arrears within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order, mandatorily and positively.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
