Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the FIR has been registered being English Bazar PS Case No. 1815 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024 is not available with the website of the concerned police station.

Learned advocate submits that he has applied for certified copy though the same is not available.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the first information report is available in the website of Criminal Investigation Department, West Bengal.

So far as the charge sheet is concerned, the charge sheet is available before the learned CJM, Malda and the petitioner being an accused is

entitled to have a free copy of the same as per the provisions of law.

Petitioner would take out an application under section 207 of the Cr.P.C. or Section 230 of the BNSS.

Learned jurisdictional Magistrate in seisin of English Bazar PS Case No. 1815 of 2024 would make available the documents relied upon by the prosecution.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 21630 of 2025 is disposed of.
