1. Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 5th September, 2023.

2. In the fourth line of fourth paragraph of order dated 5th September, 2023, the words 'to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Garbeta, Paschim Midnapore' be read as 'to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garbeta, Paschim Medinipur'.

3. Other portions of the order shall remain the same.
