It appears from the record annexed to the writ petition that against the grievance raised in this writ petition a representation before the respondent authority concerned, dated 13th June, 2022 is still pending.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition being WPA 21455 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the private respondents or their authorised representatives within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
