Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as the representation was not considered by the Officer-in-Charge, Shibpur Police Station. Petitioner's main grievance is that already an arbitration award has been passed and the petitioner thereafter is unable to enter his premises.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the execution proceedings are pending before the jurisdictional court.

Having considered that the execution case is pending, if there are directions from the said court upon the police authorities, police authorities would respect, obey and implement the said order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21612 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
