It appears that order dated 11th September, 2024 has been complied with.

By passing an order dated 3rd February, 2026, the Municipality detected unauthorized construction and decided to initiated proceedings under Section 218 of the West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993.

In view of the aforesaid, there is no justification to keep this contempt application pending.

Accordingly, CPAN 1564 of 2025 stands disposed of.
