Purkait ... for the Petitioner(s) Mr. Asish Kumar Guha Mr. Manas Sadhu ... for the State-respondent(s) The petitioner submits that inspite of a decree being passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Kakdwip in TS 328 of 2019, the petitioner is unable to cultivate his own land because of interference by the respondent no.5.

State has submitted a report which reflects that a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS has already been drawn up.

Since the ground reality is within the knowledge of the concerned police station and the decree of the civil court, till date, persists, it would be the duty of the concerned Officer-in-charge of Sagar

Police Station to respect, obey and implement the order of the civil court.

The police authorities, additionally, would oversee that there is no breach of any peace and/or tranquility or, any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the respondent no.5 With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21773 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the petitioners.
