Applicant No. 1(a) is also personally present in Court today.
The learned advocates representing the applicants and added alleged contemnor no.6 namely Sri Sanjay Bose have jointly submitted
that in terms of the earlier order dated 26th April, 2024 the possession of the flat on the ground floor in the building in question has been handed over to the applicants on the fixed date and time by handing over keys of the flat to the applicant no. 1(a).
It is jointly submitted that monthly rent of the flat has been fixed at Rs. 1200/- per month including maintenance charge.
This Court has also asked the applicant no.
1(a) whether she has taken possession of the flat which has been allotted in her favour and the same has been replied in affirmation.
Since the order dated 20th September, 2007 stands complied with, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
In view of the aforesaid scenario, the contempt application stands disposed of.
Connected application, if any, is also disposed of.
On the request of this Court, Mr. Ankit Sureka, learned advocate has rendered pro bono service for a considerable period of time in order to present this contempt application before this Court to render justice to the applicants. Such pro bono service provided by Mr. Ankit Sureka is appreciated.
