I have considered the materials on record. Proceeding was instituted in 2017 and charge sheet was filed in 2018. Charges were framed in November 2019, but trial has not concluded.

Under such circumstances I request the trial court to conduct the trial on a day to day basis and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Accordingly the application being CRR 3748 of 2024 is disposed of.
