The petitioner renews his prayer for bail which was rejected on merits by a coordinate Bench on June 19, 2024. There is no change of circumstance since then. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail. The petitioner, however, says that he is in custody for 253 days. Since investigation is complete, he should be enlarged on bail.
Prima facie, we find strong incriminating material against the petitioner. The injury suffered by the victim is Signed By :

grave. Further we are told that witness action is due to start on September 27, 2024.
The application for bail being CRM (DB) 2914 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed. However, we request the learned trial Court to expedite the trial to the fullest extent possible and carry the same to its logical conclusion as soon as possible.
Parties shall communicate this order to the learned trial Court forthwith.
