1. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of involvement of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence and prima facie it appears that the petitioner has uploaded objectionable private pictures of the de facto complainant soliciting customers and the phone of the petitioner is yet to be seized, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

3. The pictures should be re-sealed.
