1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the uncle of the minor girl. He committed penetrative sexual assault on her. As a result she became pregnant. DNA report also supports the prosecution case. In view of incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
