The petitioner alleges that no steps have been taken pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner by letter dated August 7, 2024 excepting registration of First Information Report.

Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate for the State submits that after completion of investigation, charge-sheet being no. 576 of 2024 dated August 13, 2024 under Sections 498A/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act has been filed.

In view thereof, nothing survives to be decided in

this writ petition. The petitioner will be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate reliefs, if the petitioner feels aggrieved.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
