The matter relates to giving two years' service benefit from which the petitioner joined the post of Assistant Teacher in a primary school. The petitioner now wants the said two years' benefit as he was also under a government organisation before joining the post of Primary Teacher.

In terms of an order passed by this court the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Purulia passed one reasoned order from where it is found that the matter is required to be looked into by the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal vide his office memo no.

658 dated 08.12.2021 (vide page 36 of the writ application).

Hence, I direct the Commissioner of School Education to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representative within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order thereafter and to communicate the same by two weeks thereafter to the petitioner.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
