It reflects that there has been no breach of peace, which cropped up between the petitioner and the respondents for considerable period of time as mentioned in the said report.

Having regard to the fact that the case was filed in the year 2016, I am of the opinion, that the application before the learned Executive Magistrate has become infructuous. The parties will be at liberty to address their dispute before the regular Civil Court.

Accordingly, M.P. Case no.22 of 2016 be dropped. Thus, CRR 3062 of 2019 is disposed of.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
