On the basis of a written complaint submitted by the de facto complainant/opposite party No.2 Durgapur P.S. Case No. 424 of 2021 dated 9th September, 2021 under Sections 403/406/420/120B of the

Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1501 of 2021 was instituted against the petitioners.

The petitioners approached this Court for quashment of the said proceeding. During pendency of the instant revision the parties have arrived at a mutual settlement. As per the mutual settlement the de facto complainant who is present in Court received the amount which was alleged to have been parted by the de facto complainant in favour of the petitioners in the form of demand draft. The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not have any grievance at this stage. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the de facto complainant that he does not have any grievance and the criminal case may be quashed.

In view of such circumstances, G.R. Case No. 1501 of 2021 arising out of Durgapur P.S. Case No. 424 of 2021 dated 9th September, 2021 under Sections 403/406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code be quashed.

The instant revision and the connected application are disposed of.
