Learned Advocate submits that in spite of his best efforts, trial is not progressing before the Learned Magistrate.

Having regard to the anxiety so expressed by the petitioner, I direct the Ld. Trial Court being the Court of Ld. JM, Alipur to fix at least one date in a month on and from the next date being 6th of November, 2023 so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. In case, at any point of time, any execution case is filed, then, the date of the execution case and the main case should be one and the same date, so that, both the party will not be in a position to express their grievances in respect of the opportunity being granted to

them. All efforts be taken to complete the trial by 31st of December, 2024.

With the above observations, CRR 3369 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
