Perused the case diary.

It appears that the anticipatory bail application of similarly circumstanced co-accused was rejected earlier by this Court. Considering the materials available in the case diary including the statements of witnesses and the fact that similarly circumstanced co-accused were denied the benefit of anticipatory bail earlier, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. Presence of the Investigating Officer is noted and is dispensed with.
