The petitioner seeks transfer on the ground of distance. The application of the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the Purba Bardhaman District Primary Council.

Without going into the merits of the application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, Purba Bardhaman District Primary Council to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of 90 days from the date of communication of this order. A

reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward to the aforesaid respondent a copy of the representation along with the document to show that the application was successfully submitted in the Utsashree portal at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
