1. This matter is appearing in the supplementary list upon urgent mentioning by learned advocate for the petitioner.

2. Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 16th September, 2025 in 5th line of paragraph 7 mentioning the nomenclature of the learned Special Judge as "learned Judge, Special Court, Chanchal, Malda" instead of "learned Judge, Special Court under POCSO Act, Krishnagar at Nadia".

3. The nomenclature of the learned Special Court in the aforesaid order at paragraph 7 be read as "learned Judge,

Special Court under POCSO Act, Krishnagar at Nadia" instead of "learned Judge, Special Court, Chanchal, Malda".

4. The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent.

5. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

6. This order shall form part of order dated 16th September, 2025.
