Having considered that the petitioner was granted interim bail by the Coordinate Bench till 10th of November, 2025 and there are no adverse reports till date either from the State or from the victim lady, I am of the view that the interim bail which was granted on 16.09.2025 be confirmed on the same terms and conditions as was earlier granted. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1646 of 2025 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
