For the State Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been knocking at the door of the Court since the year 2013 and out of the 15 witnesses cited by the prosecution, only 12 witnesses have been examined and the next date has been fixed in the month of November, 2023. According to Ld. Advocate appearing for the petitioner, the learned Trial Court is engaged and taking up the matters under other Acts but not under the Prevention of Corruption Act.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Tanmay Kr. Ghosh, Learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority. The Learned Trial Court is directed to fix, at least, a schedule of two dates and fix such schedule once in every

20 days so that the trial of the case can be completed by 30th of June, 2024.

With the above observations, CRR 3371 of 2023 is disposed of.
