2. Accordingly, let the name of the petitioner No.1, Mr. Vimal Kumar Sharma in the second paragraph of the said order be read as Mr. Vimal Kumar Sachan.

3. However, other part of the order remains unaltered.

4. This order shall form a part of the order dated 12th June, 2025, passed by this Bench.
