The writ petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Daspur Police Station in respect of FIR No. 354 of 2022 dated 17.08.2022 and FIR No. 377 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022.

It is submitted by counsel for the State that FIRs have been investigated and Charge Sheet No. 406 of 2022 dated 31.10.2022 and Charge Sheet No. 519 of 2022 dated 31.12.2022 have been filed.

This Court sees no inaction on the part of the Daspur Police Station.

The writ petition is disposed of.

5.

There will be no order as to costs.
