The instant revisional application has been preferred against an order dated 07.07.2006 passed by learned Executive Magistrate, Canning Sub-Division, 24-Parganas (South) in M.P. Case No.82 of 2006 under Section 144(2) Cr. PC. and added Section 145 Cr.PC. The effect of the impugned order has already expired.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of.
