We have considered the materials on record.

Prosecution case involves recovery of 900 gms. of yaba tablets containing methamphetamine from joint possession of the petitioners. It is contended no recovery was made from petitioner no.2. Bail prayer of both the accused was turned down by this Court in March, 2023 on merits. Plea of no recovery is unfounded.

4. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
