Petitioner contends he was in custody in connection with another case. As a result he was unable to appear and warrant or arrest was issued in 2013. The application has been instituted assailing the warrant of arrest in 2024 after a lapse of more than one decade. 2.
Hence I do not wish to interfere with the warrant issued against the petitioner.

Accordingly the application being CRR 3750 of 2024 is disposed of.
