This is an application for expeditious hearing of Matrimonial Suit No.2138 of 2015 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Barasat. Pursuant to an order dated 6th October, 2023 a copy of this revisional application has been served upon the opposite party/wife. Opposite party/wife is being represented by her learned advocate. He submits that an application under Section 36 of the Special Marriage Act is still pending.

In view of such submission, CO 3089 of 2023 is disposed by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Barasat to dispose of Misc. Case No.3 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. After disposal of the said miscellaneous case, the learned Judge of the Court below shall make an endeavour to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No.2138 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
