This instant writ petition has been instituted seeking a directive for the learned Tribunal to expedite the disposal of the Original Application (in short, OA), being OA 538 of 2023.

Dutta, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits, upon instruction that the next hearing date has been scheduled on 11th December, 2024.

In view thereof, no interference is called for in the present writ petition.

Needless to observe that the learned Tribunal shall make a sincere endeavour to dispose of the OA on the returnable date or as expeditiously as possible thereafter without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

The writ petition being CO.ST 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
