Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case dairy. There is a seizure list showing that remnants of bombs were seized from the locale. The injured suffered bomb blast injuries. The injured in his statement recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code implicates, inter alia, the petitioners.

In such circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 4571 of 2022 is dismissed.
