Although no prior service has been effected, we take up CAN 8 of 2025 for disposal in view of the innocuous nature of the prayer to which the respondent/petitioner now restricts itself to. 2.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant only seeks relief in terms of prayer (a) (i) of the application, that is, to be intimated the details of the bank and the account where the balance amount in terms of the orders of this court dated October 19, 2020 and January 04, 2021 has been deposited.

We find from the said orders that intimation was to be given regarding the particulars of the investment and deposit by the learned Registrar General of this court to the respondent/petitioner.

Accordingly, we dispose of CAN 8 of 2025 by directing the learned Registrar General of this court to intimate the details of the bank account where the balance amount of Rs.18,23,74,004/- has been invested as well as to intimate to the respondent/petitioner as to the rate of interest which such investment is due to fetch. Further, the learned Registrar General shall also intimate to the respondent/petitioner the interest which has already accrued on such deposit till date. Such information shall be furnished by the learned Registrar General within four weeks from being approached by the respondent/petitioner.

There will be no order as to costs.
