For the appellant Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant submitted that the appellant already preferred an appeal before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Jhargram, being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the order of conviction passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Jhargram, in connection with GR Case No.270 of 2015 dated 22nd December, 2021. It is submitted that this appeal has been filed instead of revision and accordingly prays for withdrawal of this appeal with liberty to get back the original certified copy. In such circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellant is at liberty to take back the original certified copy by replacing the same with photostat copy thereof. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
