The petitioner has given a new choice of three schools.

Given the submissions of Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor no. 3 that the petitioner's rank is lower than the first candidate in the three schools of original choice, this Court is of the view that the petitioner may pursue her remedies in the said new writ petition.

The contempt application is thus disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
