The disputed questions of facts, which have been raised in this writ petition, cannot be decided by this Court. The petitioner submits that pursuant to a liberty granted by this Court in an earlier writ petition, the petitioner was permitted to participate in a viva voce examination, which was held for selection of ASHA of Muragachha Sansad.

As the petitioner did not receive any information as to whether she was selected in the process, she approached the Sub-Divisional Officer (Sadar), Naida for necessary information. It is the contention of the petitioner that no final list or merit list had been published. Whether the petitioner was successful or not is not known. The learned advocate for the State respondents submits that the writ petition is lacking in material particulars and as such, this Court should not interfere. This Court is not inclined to decide the issues raised. The petitioner has approached the Sub-Divisional Officer

(Sadar), Nadia by filing a representation dated July 24, 2022. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the concerned authority to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by granting a hearing to the petitioner and all other persons/authority, who were involved in the selection process.

reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from date of communication of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
