The petitioner claims to be a Raiyat in respect of a property. He claims that when he was trying to raise a boundary wall around his land, the private respondents, claiming to be the bargadars, have prevented such construction and have also tried to assault him.

The petitioner has filed a complaint with the Arsha Police Station, Purulia but in vain.

The Arsha Police Station, Purulia has filed a report dated 22.09.2022, which is kept with the record.

It appears that there are civil disputes and differences between the petitioner and the private respondents that may be agitated before an appropriate civil or statutory forum.

The Arsha Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolute no breach of peace in the area and the petitioner shall maintain peace. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
