1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in custody for 116 days. It is also submitted that he has been falsely implicated. He prays for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits victim is a mentally challenged lady.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a mentally challenged lady. She had been raped by the petitioner. Medical report corroborates the allegation. In view of gravity of the offence and incriminating materials on record we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
