Perused the Case Diary.

Although the allegation contained in the FIR is of an attempt to commit culpable homicide, from the tenor of the statements given by the victim and the witnesses, it appears to be more a case of attempt to murder.

There is a cut injury on the scalp of the victim with a "Bhojali".

Considering the incriminating materials available in the Case Diary and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, I do not consider to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
