3. We requested the person who submitted such report to participate in the proceedings on the virtual platform which he did.

4. Mr. Ved Prakash Surya, Deputy Inspector General of Police of National Investigating Agency submits that, further opportunity may be afforded so that the investigations are conducted appropriately at a suitable level.

5. We extended interim bail to four of the appellants on May 7, 2025.

6. There is no new material available on record save and except arrest of the principal accused for us to take a different view than the view expressed by us on May 7, 2025 so far as the four appellants are concerned.

7. In such circumstances, we confirm the order of bail granted to the appellants on May 7, 2025.
