Counsel submits that the writ petition has become infructuous by reason of subsequent settlement arrived at between the parties. WPA 21839 of 2022 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated and the connected applications, if any, are disposed of. The instruction dated 23rd September, 2022 from the petitioner that the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the matter is kept on record.
