Mr. Debabrata Ray ... for the petitioner This application is for expeditious hearing in connection the final decree proceedings in partition suit being Title Suit No. 21 of 2011 which has been subsequently registered as Title Suit No. 4 of 2015 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Arambagh, Hooghly.

It appears from the record that 05.12.2023 has been fixed for filing of the Commissioner's Report. Since the suit for partition is pending from the year 2011, this Court is of the view that justice would be sub-served if a direction for expeditious hearing is passed.

In the result, the instant civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Arambagh, Hooghly to dispose of the Title Suit being 4 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible but preferably on or before June, 2024 without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
