Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners would prefer an application as there has been an inadvertent mistake in the cause title in respect of EA number which was relating to the proceedings before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Nadia. The certified copy reflects definitely a different number, but the cause title in the application reflects another number.

The petitioners are granted liberty to take out an application in course of time.

Matter be listed after such application is filed by the petitioners.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
