Record reveals that on 06.12.2023 hearing of the application is fixed. In the result, the instant civil revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 1st Court at Alipore to take up the hearing of the said application on 06.12.2023 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of four weeks from the receipt of the server copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.
