1. By way of this writ petition styled as a Public Interest Litigation the petitioner seeks for certain reliefs stems out of a blast which occurred in a fire cracker factory at Egra, Purba Medinipur.

2. Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the prayer portion there are certain errors, be that as it may, more or less, identical reliefs were sought for in another writ petition and the Court disposed of the same and seeks that already investigation has been commenced and necessary steps have been taken at various levels and hence, another writ petition for the similar reliefs is superfluous.

3. Hence, no order need be passed in this writ petition and the same stands dismissed.
