1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Evidence of the minor implicates the petitioner in the crime. Keeping in mind gravity of the offence and incriminating evidence on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

4. Trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within one year from the next date fixed of recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. Parties shall communicate this order to the trial court for necessary compliance.
