This Court is of the view that the petitioner should approach the concerned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P.C. in support of the findings of the Durgapur Police Station that FIR cannot be registered in respect of the petitioner's complaint.

In view of the above, WPCRC 2 of 2023 shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.
