1. The petitioners have filed the present writ application on ground that the authorities have illegally deducted an amount of Rs. 3,67,00,096/-.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a clause of arbitration in the agreement between the parties and the petitioners are ready to go before the arbitrator.

3. In view of the above, WPA 21701 of 2025 is disposed of by giving a liberty to the petitioners to approach the authority for referring the matter to the arbitrator.
