By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order under Section 73(9) of the WBGST Act, dated 4th January, 2023 which is an appellable order. On the ground of availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 21487 of 2023 is dismissed.
