1. In terms of our earlier order, the Investigating Officer has filed a report dated 17th September, 2024.

2. The victim has not been recovered.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners at this stage submits that the petitioners shall not press this application.

4. In view of the report filed by the Investigating Officer disclosing various incriminating materials against the present petitioners and that the victim has not yet been recovered, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
