In spite of service of administrative notice upon the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2, they did not turn up at the time of call.

By filing this revisional application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of continuation of the proceeding of G.R. Case No. 2448 of 2017, arising out of Burdwan Police Station Case No. 780 of 2017 dated 22nd July, 2017 under Section 406 of the Indian Penal pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Burdwan.

However, no one turned up either on behalf of the petitioner or the opposite party no. 2. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is thus dismissed as non-prosecution.

Interim orders, if any, be vacated.

Let the order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.

In view of the above, CRAN 1 of 2017 (Old No. CRAN 5168 of 2017) shall also stand disposed of. 8.
