By filing this application petitioner prays for quashing of the proceeding in connection with CGR Case No. 4846 of 2016 corresponding to First Information Report arising out of Gariahat P.S. case No. 102 of 2016 for offences punishable under Section 120B/467/468/406/420 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore.

In spite of given opportunity no one represented for the petitioner.

This case is pertains to year 2017. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application being No. 2924 of 2017 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.
